The Synodal Pathway, is asking us all specifically to explore ten main themes, which cover a lot of issues, but there is one unifying theme: how can the Church better fulfil her mission of offering hope to ALL people? Each person’s contribution will be valued, but you do not need to answer every question posed, they are there to guide the discussions. St Mary’s Church

St Mary’s Church is very close to the heart of St Mary’s school even though it is situated further away in Great Yarmouth.  The land immediately next to St Mary’s Church originally housed St Mary’s school until the mid 1990’s when it then relocated to its current site on East Anglian Way, Gorleston.

Our school has a number of links with the both Churches.  We are fortunate to celebrate Mass most Fridays in the school hall, for which members of the parish are invited to join us.

Another valued link with the Parish is the Open the Book Team.  They come into school regularly to share assemblies with us.  You can find out more about some of the work they do in our school on the Liturgy page of our website
